Our stunning Paso Robles Reserve Cabernet showcases bright red fruit notes --- fresh raspberries and red plums --- rounded out with hints of spiced black cherry, forest earth, and nuances of vanilla, caramel, and sweet oak. Finishes with delicious blackberry and mocha notes mingling throughout a long, silky finish. Tannins are sleek and graceful from top to bottom. Each bottle is hand-etched and painted! Winemaker's Notes We fermented all vineyards lots separately (Mill Road, Spring Creek and Lewicki Vineyards, respectively) to preserve the individual flavors and terroir of each. Those individual lots were then barrel-aged 24 months in oak from numerous French and American coopers. Final blending allowed us to carefully craft a Cabernet of power, elegance and grace.
Brimming with notes of sweet and succulent cherries and blackberries, this Paso Robles Cabernet showcases its juicy ripeness against elegant nuances of spicy vanilla aromas and ripe tannins. Medium-to-full bodied, this robust Cabernet was aged 18 months in a combination of premium French and American oak. It’s a wine with attitude, making it a perfect choice to commemorate one of the finest rock and bands of all time!
